Indications of the Broncho Vaxon

Broncho buxom is recommended to prevent, control, and treat infectious processes of the lungs, throat, sinuses and ears ( bronchitis, acute and chronic, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis, and otitis).

It is also recommended to treat infections resistant to conventional antibiotics and bacterial complications derived from viral infections of the respiratory tract, especially in children and the elderly, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

It is also indicated to prevent relapses (relapses) and the transition to the chronic state.

Mechanism of action

Broncho vaxom is a drug that stimulates the immune system and thus strengthens the resistance to infections of the respiratory system and reduces the risk of relapses (relapses).

The state of the patient’s immune system will determine the response to treatment.

The improvement in the clinical picture can be noticed after the first cycle of treatment.

However, treatment efficacy is more significant after the end of the third cycle.

The mechanism of action of this drug is the increase in the level of circulating T lymphocytes, secretory immunoglobulin A and the non-specific response to antigens through stimulation of macrophages and immunological mediators.

Dose

The broncho buxom route of administration is exclusively oral.

Adults

The recommended dose for adults is 7 mg capsules.

Treatment of acute episodes

One capsule a day, on an empty stomach, until the symptoms disappear, for a minimum of 10 days.

When therapy requires the administration of antibiotics, broncho vaxom should preferably be administered simultaneously with the antibiotic from the start of treatment.

Relapse prevention treatment

On an empty stomach, one capsule daily is recommended for ten consecutive days and then a 20-day break, and the treatment is repeated for three continuous months.

Kids

The recommended dose in children is one 3.5 mg capsule.

The same scheme is used that is applied to adults. The envelope presentation is more adapted to pediatric use.

Broncho Vaxon side effects

The adverse events that occur with the product administration are hypersensitivity with symptoms such as erythematous and generalized rash, erythema, eyelid edema, facial edema, peripheral edema, inflammation, swelling of the face, itching, generalized itching, and dyspnea.

Vomiting, diarrhea, cough, nausea, angioedema, hives, fever, fatigue, headache, and abdominal pain.

Warnings and Contraindications

Broncho buxom is contraindicated in people who have hypersensitivity to the formula’s components.

Broncho Saxon cannot be given to children under six months of age, as the body’s defense system has not fully developed.

Treatment of broncho buxom should be stopped if long-lasting skin reactions and respiratory disorders occur, as these may be reflections of allergic reactions.

Treatment should also be stopped in the case of long-lasting gastrointestinal disorders.

The broncho vaxom should not be administered in the first trimester of pregnancy nor during the lactation period.

There are no particular recommendations for using broncho vaxom in elderly patients.

Treatment should not be interrupted without the knowledge of the physician.

The patient’s ability to drive vehicles or operate machinery is not affected by using the broncho vaxom.

Treatment should be discontinued if long-term skin reactions and respiratory disorders occur, as these may be reflections of allergic reactions.

Treatment should also be stopped in the case of long-lasting gastrointestinal disorders.

Broncho Vaxon drug interactions

So far, there are no known drug interactions with the use of the product.

Regarding interference in laboratory tests, broncho Saxon can induce an increase in the concentration of immunoglobulin A, secretions and immunoglobulin M, immunoglobulin G, and immunoglobulin A in serum, reducing serum levels immunoglobulin E and increasing the number of circulating lymphocytes and phagocytic cells.
