Melissa tea, passionflower, and valerian are good home remedies to sleep better for soothing and sedative properties that fight Insomnia.

Melissa officinalis (Lemon True) is often used as a natural remedy to combat Insomnia, as it has essential oils that act as a soothing and natural relaxant.

Valerian tea:

  • Boil a cup of water.
  • Add a teaspoon of root and sprout of valerian.
  • Leave infused covered for 5 minutes, and strain.

You can have a cup three times a day before going to bed. Valeriana officinalis acts as a tranquilizer and sedative, induces, and improves sleep quality, with proven effects in the fight against Insomnia.

It is contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.
